F.A.Q.

How long is the shelf life of Home Pizza Kits?

If you do not wish to make your pizza immediately when you receive it, our recommendation is to open the box as soon as it is delivered and to refrigerate all the ingredients (apart from polenta) immediately. The kit has 72 hours refrigerated life in order to keep quality and freshness of all the ingredients. Although some ingredients might be good for a few days, pizza dough is the limiting factor here.

Can your pizzas be frozen?

Yes, all our pizza ingredients can be frozen for up to 3 months. The best way to defrost pizza when you want to make it is to defrost it in fridge (not at room temperature). It will take 10-12 hours, but it is worth it since the end result will be much better than defrosting at room temperature (there will be no excess water to influence the taste of pizza dough, mozzarella and tomato sauce). To summarize, if you wish to make pizza on Friday evening, you should put it from freezer to fridge on Thursday evening or at latest Friday morning.

Do you have allergen info?

Our pizza contains gluten (wheat) and milk. Veggie option is vegetarian. Tomato sauce contains chives and garlic in very small percentage. Flour we use may contain traces of soy.

Truffle Mayo and Buttermilk ranch are suitable for vegetarians. Buttermilk ranch contains milk, eggs, garlic and chives. Truffle mayo contains eggs and may contain traces of soy, celery, nuts, milk, fish and molluscs.

Have in mind that our pizzas are made in the kitchen where we use nuts, soy, sesame, eggs, celery as well as other allergens. The allergy data is deprived from suppliers specifications on the allergenic ingredients that have intentionally been added to the final food product. We are taking all the steps to ensure that Allergen info is accurate. We cannot guarantee that any product is 100℅ free from any allergen due to the risk of cross-contamination in production and supply.

Will you sell more pizza variations in the future?

Yes, we are working on it. We would like to add more pizza options to our home kits.

Do you have vegetarian pizza kit?

At the moment we are offering Veggie Deep Dish Home Pizza Kit that is vegetarian.

Is your pizza gluten free?

This is something we are working on, but for now our pizza dough is not gluten-free.

Is your pizza vegan?

We don’t have vegan pizza in our Home Pizza Kits for now. We’ll keep you updated!

Is your pizza halal?

The meat we use on our pizza kits is not halal. However, we do have amazing vegetarian options.
