Once you get the package, open the box and refrigerate all the ingredients if you are not making the pizza straight away. Pizza dough can be taken out of the fridge 30 minutes before you start preparing your pizza. That way the dough will be softer and easier to handle.

Remember, before you start making your pizza, preheat the oven to 250°C (fan only, no heaters!) / gas mark 9. Oven should be ready once you put your pizza inside, otherwise our recommended time of 14 minutes will not be optimal, and pizza crust might burn before the cheese melts.



Update on basil:

Since it was used only for decoration, and was influenced by high humidity in the package, we have decided to remove basil in order to increase the shelf life of the pizza kit.
